I don't know if there is a standard for locking threads.....probably somewhere...but most that I have seen are merely a form of thread mutilation, i.e., the nut threads are deformed after the nut threads have been cut in standard fashion.
With a cnc, it is quite easy to adjust the pitch of the male thread....maybe .001 to .002" change in the pitch per turn of the thread will make it easy to start the nut and it will require a wrench to completely engage the nut. This method might be good enough for your own personal projects, I don't say it would be good to do this for a customer, if he is expecting some sort of standardized thread.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.
