Hello. I have a Macotec glass cutting machine controlled by a Sipro Siax 110. For the past few days, I've been experiencing an issue with the machine: the controller powers on, the axes are zeroed, but after sending the program from the computer to the machine, an error appears: CYCLE INTERRUPT 100, and the machine doesn't start. Where should I look for the problem? Could I get a list of errors and messages? I kindly ask for your assistance. I'm attaching some photos. Thank you.

I purchased a second controller. However, my controller has inputs for two line driver encoders, while the one I bought has inputs for two push-pull encoders. Is there any way to make them work together? Apparently, there are some converters, but I couldn't find any. Anyone have any ideas? I'm at my wit's end. I've been calling people, automation specialists, etc., for days, and no one wants to take it on. The Sipro service turned me down, which I don't blame them for, since the equipment is from 2006.
