Overview
UIM24002/24004/24008 is a series of miniature, high performance stepper motor controller. They can be mounted onto 42/57/86/110 series stepper motor seamless through corresponding flanges. The thickness of these controllers is less than 14mm, UIM 24002 is capable to provide 0.5-2A adjustable current. UIM 24004 is capable for 1.6-4A adjustable current output. UIM24008 is capable for 2A-8A.adjustable current output. Their mixed-decay current control reduces the back-EMF effect under high speed running condition and improves the performance. Except the UIM24002 takes 10-35VDC input, UIM240xx series controllers can work with 12 to 40VDC input.. Enclosures of the UIM240xx controller are made of die-cast aluminum which provide a rugged and durable protection and improve the heat dissipation..

Overview:
UIM24104/24108 are miniature, intelligent stepper motor controller using the RS232 protocol for communicating with user devices/controllers. They can be mounted onto 42/57/86/110 series stepper motors seamlessly through corresponding flanges. The thickness of these controllers is less than 14 millimeter. The embedded high performance DSP microprocessor accepts user commands in ASCII code style through RS232 protocol. The structure of the instructions (i.e. commands from user) is simple, straightforward and fault-tolerating. Users are not required to have the knowledge of stepper motor driving. Enclosures of UIM24104/24108 are made of die-cast aluminum which provide a rugged and durable protection to the controller and improve the heat dissipation.

Overview
UIM24204/24208 are miniature, intelligent stepper motor controllers equipped with CAN (control area network) bus for building up local motor network. By using these motor controllers, user can control multiple motors in real-time. To communicate with these motor controllers, user needs one CAN-RS232 converter (UIM250, sold separately). The UIM250 CAN-RS232 converter communicates with the user devices/controllers through RS232 protocol using ASCII codes. Through this fashion, users can operate these controllers with minor or no knowledge about the stepper motor driving and CAN bus. The structure of the instructions (i.e. commands from user) is simple, straightforward and fault-tolerating. UIM24204/24208 can be mounted onto 42/57/86/110 series stepper motors seamlessly through corresponding flanges. The thickness of these controllers is less than 14 millimeter. Overview:
UIM24302 is a high performance stepper motor controller that features micro miniature size and 2A max phase current. The size is only 16mm*24mm*2.5mm. Onboard 555 timer based stepping pulse generator unit eliminates the need for external pulse source. The pulse frequency is adjusted through an onboard potentiometer. Once the frequency is set, user only needs 2 signals to control the motor: on/off, direction. The Reset signal input can put the controller into sleep to maximum the power saving. If not needed, leave it open.
We also offer quick engineering design service to satisfy the needs of single power supply, different microstepping options, photocoupler isolation and embedded control system, etc.
