Does anybody know if it’s possible to allocate different cutting data to a tool in Solidcam 2011?
In Solidcam 2010, there was the button called ‘cutting data’ in the tool catalogue for that purpose, but now in Solidcam 2011 that button is grey (deactivated).

That function will be active again with the next SP (SP3). That should be released in a short period of time.
