1.How to save time.
When doing the mass production for the small size product(for example, 75*25mm breastplate), the max.width of X direction should small than 300mm. The laser head could running more faster in this way. Concerning to engraving the bitmap graphics, we should debase the resolution ratio so as to increase the speed. The engraving depth is in direct proportion to the power and speed. That means with the same power, the more faster speed, the shallower engraving will be. On the contrary, the slower running speed, the deeper engraving.

2.How to avoid the material waste.
Generally, the laser engraver has a red laser positioning equipment. When processing the irregular materials, we should use the red laser positioning equipment to check whether the engraving position is correct at first, then to begin engraving. For some unfamiliar materials engraving, we should abide the KW high to low principle.

3.Laser absent.
Check the machine up-cover and magnetic switch on the front door. Check whether the electric lines are loosening or fall off.

4.Irregularity of the large acreage engraving.
This might caused by the unaligned laser ray path. We just need to adjust the laser ray path(this step will be trained when purchasing the laser engraving machine.)

5.Distortion of letter engraving.
A.Runner was loosing. If caused by the heavy wear of the pulley, change a new pulley.
B.If the left-right tensility of the Y axes were different, we should adjust the Y axes hexagonal screw to equilibrize the left-right tensility.
C.If the driven gear of the X axes was wear and tear, change a new driven gear.
D.If caused by motor failure, change the motor.
E.If the fasten screw of the motor and belt pulley was loosed, fasten it.

6.Chaotic engraving.
This might caused by the poor contact of the Memory belt. Renew or reinstall the memory.

7.The interface of the computer should be set as SPP.

8.Data wire should keep away from the source of the disturbance.

9.The computer and the laser engraver should use the same electrical outlet to avoid any potential difference.

10.If the power was halved, it might caused by the laser tube problem. We should return the laser tube to factory to repair it.

11.The power was decay.
To check whether the reflect mirror and the zoom lens are clean, and whether the laser ray path is straight. If there is no problem of the reflect mirror, zoom lens and laser ray, we should contact the maintenance man.

12.If the foci auto-measure stick failure, this might be caused by broken of connected flexible flat cable. Renew the cable and the stick will be to work.
