    Spinning Nut

This spinning nut is tapped for 3/4-10 allthread. I added a flange to the other side of the pillow block with the exact bore dimensions of the bearing.
The pulley is a 28 tooth 5mm pitch GT2 aluminium double flange from sdp-si.
The material is sold as teflon and is used to make bushings and spacers.
I will source some delrin to replace it.

I had the idea to use a pillow block for several months but only now had the time to experiment

Hey Jason thats a great set up, does that take a lot of stress of your lead screws at all, I know with my machine the the belts look like they are stressing the the lead screw and I think its causing my motors to stall. Tell me hows it working for you? Graham
