Syntec CNC Router Machine MLC-077 (R44.12) Alarm

I have started my new Syntec CNC Router Machine with ATC but when I started it the first time, it gave an alarm "MLC-077 (R44.12) Tool Magazine return failure alarm" I have tried everything I know but can't resolve it. It is not even changing the tool or doing calibration.

Have you asked Syntec tech support about this? That would be the first thing to try: https://www.syntecamerica.com/

Hi dear friend~The most likely problem is that the cylinder is a little clogged, and the knife sleeve rebounds slowly or does not return to its position, causing the system to time out and alarm. If the problem is not serious, you can adjust the buffer screws at the two ends of the cylinder to solve it. If it is more serious, you can only open the cylinder for cleaning.
You can contact us, maybe we can solve it for you?

Thank you! The problem is now solved. The problem was due to the ATC sensor, it was not working. Reconnecting the wires solved this problem. I appreciate your help.
