If you go to ebay and search for PAD03 CO2 Laser Controller (assuming you have the PAD03) there's a couple on there from China. I think the one I bought years ago came with a new cable. I'd try the new keypad first, it's cheaper than the board and might fix the problem.

Here is the zipped 6515 manual. Chapter 8 describes the indicator lights and faults. Hope this helps you figure out your problem.

I solved this problem by reloading the firmware with USB stick.

Went to turn my LC6090 laser on today and I got the usual message on the screen, System Starting Please Wait. That's all the farther it will go and just hangs there. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? It a 2007 80w USB model running LaserCut 5.0

The power supply cooling fan is running and I've tightened all the wire connections I can see. Still no win. Any suggestions?
