    Question TB6560

ive got this driver board ...

    http://www.goodluckbuy.com/images/de...s/_DSC6103.jpg

and this is the manual look at it please... i think theres something wrong ?

    http://www.fozztexx.com/CNC/HY-TB3DV-M_3Axis_Driver.pdf

and im having troubles figuring out the 4 pin interface ( limit, stop)
since there is 5 pins and i got 5 limit sw and a stop btn,.... i really have no idea hot to connect it..... for me it doesn't make sense
and the manual says and shows 4 channel inputs interface....
    input 1 - corresponding P10
    input 2 - corresponding P11
    input 3 - corresponding P12
    input 4 - corresponding P13

now the definition of 1-PIN15 of Manual interface:

    P10 - Z Limit
    P11 - Y Dir
    P12 - Y Step
    P13 - STOP
    missing something...?

    all it says :
4 channel inputs interface- Can be used for XYZ limit and emergency stop !....
    HOW???

please help me... im almost done with the machine

the info is from the person that sold me the board....
ONBOARD RELAY CONTROL FOR TB6560 BOARDS
The Toshiba board relay is addressed through pin #9 on the connection cable for the 3 axis
board, and pin 2 for the 4 axis board.
    3 axis board setup
In Mach3, output signals are configured through the main configuration menu, under the "Ports
and Pins" utility. Open the Ports and Pins utility, and you will see a page with multiple tabs; click
on the "Output Signals" tab. Enable "Output #1" (green check mark) and make sure the port
number is correct (usually "1"). Under the column labeled "Pin Number" type in "9", and
also make sure the corresponding "Active Low" column contains a red "X". That's it for Mach3
    configuration.
Now, within a G-code program, the Toshiba relay can be controlled using two M-function
commands, "M3" to switch the relay on and "M5" to switch it off. It's very important for safety
reasons that any program using M3 to turn this relay on ALSO has an M5 command (before the
end of the Gcode program) to turn it off - otherwise whatever is being controlled (via relay) may
remain ON after the program ends.
Substitute pin 2 for pin 9 for the 4 axis board.
    WARNING
The relay on board may be rated higher than it actually can handle. Because motors draw near
three times their rated amps on startup, this on board relay can be destroyed or damaged with
    repeated high amp starts,

an you can use this file http://www.cnczone.com/forums/1036152-post2.html

Look at the pic and double whats switches are on the limit switch lines and just one E-stop switch, although there's no rule that says you can't have two.

so it would look like this.....

If you have problems sourcing the connector in question, it is availlable as Ebay Item 330632508179 from this seller http://stores.ebay.ca/HUBBARD-CNC-INC

If you want to wire up your own get some JST 2mm (millimeter) 5 pin connectors off Ebay (170797376727).

Or get these (170815030696). Pre-wired JST 2mm, male and female with 300mm of cable all ready to go.

Keep five, send me the rest.
