    Tb6560 and Longevity

Hi Everyone, I have searched hi and low and it seems that maybe this is not talked about to much. I have a 4 axis tb6560 blue card that is currently driving my longevity 60i plasma cutter. It has its problems but it works. eventually I would like to get the gecko g540 with a hypotherm but Im held by my wallet for the moment. I recently bought a LCTHC from candcnc.com. I have read through the manual several times but it seems that it is all geared towards the gecko board and the hypotherm. What I am struggling with is the pin connections for the lcthc to the tb6560 and settings in mach3. also, I have the pin out for the back of the 60i, but I am not sure the pins actually do what they say they do. so maybe I should just wire the rev4 card manually around the cnc port? anyway any thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

So I went ahead and bought the gecko g540 board and the connector from candcnc so that shouldn't be all that hard to connect. I figured out most of the longevity connections execpt for one. Im not sure what the difference is between the 1/50 and 1/16 connections or the 100K + 100K- for the voltage connections on the rev-1 card.
