I've been engraving\cutting key chains. Thousands of them in acrylic & I had to find a way fast way to eliminate the residue without damaging the product. I couldn't find the solution I desperately needed, so I had to figure it out for myself. I suddenly realized that a product I use as a solution to help my 3D prints stick to the bed is also the same solution I needed to keep plastic residue from sticking to my engraved acrylic products.
If you 3D print, then you already know about this product.
It's called Aqua Net hair spray.
Spray it on your acrylic BEFORE engraving. Then just rinse it off with warm water and the residue goes right with it. Nothing could be more easy!
