To mold or not to mold

I am looking to make silicone embossing plates from a mother plate! The attached pic shows how I envision the plate to look, the mother plate is brass. The silicone that I have been looking at has the viscocity of 10 weight oil, my concerns are that there are no bubbles and that the silicone, during air curing or heat curing does not shrink and stays true to the mold.
I am looking for a vacuum forming system, so that can also be taken into consideration as a possible direction.
I would greatly appreciate any and all feedback.

I must have looked at this 3 or 4 times and still dont know what you're doing/wanting to do is the attached image what you're wanting to do? Only thing I can see is that for there to be no bubbles it would need to go into a vacuum tank which would remove the air a lot. I've never used silicone so cant help there. Hopefully someone may see this bump and be able to offer some more advice? Are you making a lens? a rear view type of deal?

Vacuum is the way to go to evacuate the air, thus air bubbles out of your part.
