Hello. Over the past moth or so, I've been setting up my Chinese router. I vectored an image and am having trouble setting up tool paths. In Bobcad they appear fine, but as soon as I dump the NC file into Mach3 it removes the outer paths, leaving only the center. It's not a huge program, only like 600 lines of code. I've done everything I can think of, but still can't get it to work. Bobcad has also been acting kind of weird, like it'll sometimes only give me half the tool paths, then give them all when I click the compute all tool paths button a second time. I've tried using different feature profiles, but it only seems to want to give me code for the one I create first, not all of them. If I do the outer ring by itself, it works perfectly fine in Mach3. I've attached my bbcd file. I'm not asking for someone to do the work for me, just help me figure out what the hell I'm doing wrong. I've basically self taught myself using tutorials, so there's obviously a lot that I'm missing. This is basically just a plate I'm trying to cut from some thin acrylic.
Thanks.
This is v24 btw.
Edit: It seems that I can't attach a bbcd file. How would I go about doing this? Dropbox or something?
