    Toolpath correct?

Attached is a vnc file that was created with v6.11. I opened it in v7.0 and reprocessed the one operation. The start/end of the toolpath changes. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. I would like to know if others get the same results.
    Thanks,
    Bill

Your toolpath climb cuts in the clockwise direction. Looks ok to me. I'm using v7.09.

    Try This

Here is a modified verson of your toolpath. Yours looks OK with 2 small things.

#1 Try using "Rounded Corners" and set it to "0". This will give you a better looking and cutting toolpath. When cutting around an outside profile, the tool will NOT leave the part to make a turn. You have to cut past the corner until the trailing side of the tool is tangent to the next side then continue on that side. This disengages the tool from the material and causes noise and loss of tool load.

#2 Try not to place the marker like you did. If the part geometry changes they can loose their location. You also don't get any overlap on the start corner of the part.

Try to place the "Square Markers" on the first and last geometry segment, then extend the "Point Markers" out past the start edge. (In 7.xx versions you can right click on the points and type in an offset to enter and exit with instead of dragging and guessing).

Please see my OP (#2) in the modified file, yours is OP#1.

    Good Luck.
