    Hello!

I’ve got a problem with a tooth belt on our Hurco.
There was a crash in the z-axis a year ago and the tooth belt broke because of it. It was then exchanged by a technician. Since then I have already used 3 units because there come sometimes vibrations from 8000 upr.
Today I had this problem again. It’s not ok that the belts get into the dirt bucket so fast. Maybe someone knows how the problem can be solved.

    Greetings

    Josef

If there’re vibrations that come from 8000 r/min, I would suppose that there’s a spindle damage.

    Hi

    There’re actually 2 variants:

Warped axes or damaged tooth wheels (but I don’t suppose it). I would check the both of them – the concentricity and axial eccentricity of the both tooth wheels and optically condition of teeth.

    Greetings Thomas
