Can anyone tell me how to open constraints?

Not sure what you mean by "open" constraints. Constraints is provided by a set of tools. If these tools are not showing then go to - view - tool bars - scroll down to constraints - click on constraints to put a tick in the box then click -Ok and the tools should appear as a set of tools.

I mean just what you explained but there is no constraints option in the toolbar.
    What do I do?
    Thanks

I am using TCC 3. Which is TC v11 + CAM. Possibly constraints is not implimented in Delux v11. Is it listed in your manual/help. Do you have constraints in the options pulldown menu.

It looks like it's only in Professional, according to their website. (which doesn't actually have much info)

They probably use a common help file for their different versions. You might want to contact them to find out.
