    Upgrading from Lcam to StarCam

    If you are still running the older Lcam for DOS software, we can upgrade your controller to our StarCam windows controller.
    We need you to ship the controller back so we can add a new windows controller board in it.
    Call Larry or Lenny at Larken for more details at (800) 591 0049

    Mr. Kenny;
    Good morning, I have an old lcam controller board (w/the cobra stepper motors) that needs to be upgraded to the starcam system. Do i sent the complete controller unit or the board only? Should i include the reply shipping? Is the address bellow the correct one? Please advice.
    thanks

    Send the whole controller.
    By US Mail, not courier (or there will be a customs charge).

    Mr. Kenny;
    The machine is a camtool 24/24R model pro. It has an 8" z axis clearance. I will be shipping the whole controller today via US mail.

    Hi, has the controller arrived? It should be packed inside a computer gateway box. Please advice.
    thanks

    Yes i got it today.
    Funny they delivered it to the wrong address, since your address is 5520 something and mine is 5350 canotek, so they delivered it to 5520 canotek ??

    Mr. Kenny;
    Hi again, forgot to mention on last email on fees related to the board upgrade or the shipment return, to let me know to resolve them ahead of time. I have no problem paying the extra cost. At last, when would the equipment be ready?
    Sincerely
    Claudio
