    Job Description:
    Are you interested in the world of CNC machining and programming? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and learning new skills? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Post Processor Writer. No prior experience in post processor development is required—we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
    In this position, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and developers to create, customize, and maintain CNC post processors. Your work will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between CAM software and CNC machines.
    Responsibilities:
    • Learn to develop and customize CNC post processors under the guidance of experienced team members.
    • Assist in testing and debugging post processors to ensure they function accurately with various CNC machines.
    • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and programmers to understand requirements and develop solutions.
    • Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to G-code, M-code, and machine-specific configurations.
    • Stay engaged in training and development programs to expand your knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software.
    • Document post processor changes and assist in creating user manuals and training resources.
    Qualifications:
    • A strong desire to learn and grow in CNC programming and post processor development.
    • Basic understanding of CNC machines, G-code, and M-code is helpful but not required.
    • Familiarity with any CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360, etc.) is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
    • Hands-on experience with CNC machining or related tools.
    • Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
