Wanting to try cutting a design with my mill

I'm just getting started in CNC milling , don't know if this is the right forum but?
I am wanting to cut a design in alum. , wondering how my mill will preform?
Anybody want to convert this design into G code for me ?

Is it the right file/format ?

What do I need to know to attempt this?

What cutter , speed , feed rate ? I really don't know where to begin.

I'll try an attach a picture. All I want is the CAT outline
Will it just be an out line? , That's all I really want to try at this time.

How about sizing , can I do that after the fact , or before Gcode? I assume before.

IF you would do that I'd be very Thankful.
I'd like 2 sizes one that would fit in about a 3/4"-1" area , one about a 4"-5"

    ANY advice would be helpful.
