This is my first post, so I apologize in advance if I am in the wrong thread.

Looking for volunteers to teach milling, machining, welding and cnc software programming!

We are setting up a small (6,500 sqft) warehouse in downtown San Diego (2528 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102) to help some of my fellow vets that have been injured in Iraq and Afghanistan. The goal is to provide a well stocked metalworking shop where vets will be taught metalworking, milling, machining, and fabrication techniques as a means of constructively reintegrating into civilian society.

We have some fairly good equipment in there right now (Hem semi-automatic vertical bandsaw, Scotchman semi-auto coldsaw, Four different Miller Welders, etc), and are fundraising to purchase a Torchmate 3 machine. I'll be asking for help on options on that machine later.
