i have a fanuc 18-M machining center that is missing the wear offset screen. it just has a offset screen numbered 1-200. Does anyone know how to turn on the wear offsets.

i am not completely sure, but older fanucs didn't have a wear offset on them, just a list of offsets which common practice in shops I have worked at was to use the "T" value as your "H" and add 50 to it and use that as your "D", example:
T1 would use H01 for the tool length offset
T1 would use D51 for cutter comp, the wear offset
They would be listed on the same one screen. The newest fanuc I was on was 20 something, and it did have a wear column on that one in the offset page. I am not sure about the 18-M though. It could have a wear column, but the +50 thing works too.

Just an FYI the 18m is a newerish model control that does support the wear offsets but they are Fanuc options.

Don't you love when you buy a machine, it already has the stuff in it, but you have to "Pay" to turn it on.
We had an old OM control once that had 16k of memory. Our Fanuc guy changed 1 parameter and we had 64k. Kinda makes me mad that the function is in the capital equipment when you purchase it but you can't use it.
It's like spending $30k for a brand new car and the dealer saying if you kick in another $1,000 I will unlock "Drive" for you, you really don't only want to drive around in 1st and 2nd do you?"
It's all a racket...
