Without breaking the bank that is. I am building a 4 spindle drill that the bolt circle is adjustable down to 4" diameter. Drill bits are 3/8" and will be drilling through 6 sheets of 3/4" Plywood. The one currently in use actually has 4 Dewalt drills mounted on it. Uses an air cylinder with a foot switch to drill. I would like to build one like it but using real spindles. Any suggestions as to the spindle to use? Every thing I have found online is way to expensive. It only cost about $1000 to build the one with the hand drills and it works but would work better with good spindles. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and tips.
