I've been a WorkNC user for 20 years. It is the "sleeper" of the CAM world. It does a remarkable job, is easy to learn and use, but remains a virtual unknown in any discussions of CAM products.
As for support, I've never had an issue in 20 years. Mind you, I've continued annual maintenance contracts the whole time. If you don't have maintenance, like other products, you're support will most likely be minimal. But that's not a WorkNC issue specifically, that's the way it is in the CAM world (for the most part).
