    XR demo timeout

Previous threads suggested a time out on the XR demo. Is this true? or does it just not allow posting? Or both....

    XR2 time limited demo

My demo has 10 days on it. No posting or exporting, 3axis only. A nice improvement in the drawing tools over XR. The 'Planes' addition is most welcome. The math seems faster, too, though that might just be my machine here. Big models seem to move around with less jerkiness. The large model capabilities are supposedly going to be enhanced in a coming update (I've read). I only managed to crash it a couple times . One thing I wish it would do (and doesn't seem to yet) is allow you to dimension the part in a plane other than XY. My version doesn't have the 'Parting tools' up there in the 'model tools' on the toolbar any more. Seems they've done away with some of the functions and moved some to other areas. Love the planes mod, though; very easy to use.

I downloaded a demo and it timed out the next day just when I was starting to like what I saw. It was very easy to use. I have contacted Onecnc with really no response as to why this happend or if I could get another 30 days.
If it doesn't post or convert files why waste time with a timed code?

    Steve,
I can't explain why the slow response from OneCNC. Maybe you slipped into the spam filter I know I've sure seen an increase in spam, even though my ISP blocks a lot of it, I can imagine a bigger outfit must have thousands of spam messages to sift through. Try the phone, instead.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

They may not want to extend your demo. They seem a bit fussy when it comes to that. I know because I almost was denied the demo because they were concerned that I may say negative things about it. I had to promise to be nice, and I kept that promise even though the program failed to impress me.

You can't please eveybody all the time even with Monkeycam( this a funny add by the way), I thought the program was very easy to use and I really didn't have a complaint except why time this Demo. other programs figure the more exposure they have the more interest will build, if they have it in the budget send out CD's you have to let people use it. it is easy enough. If you haven't tried it download it and give it a shot.

They were all to happy to extend my demo. Installed mine before xmas, and I hardly touched it untill after the holidays, by which time the demo expired.
On all equipment there are 2 levers...
    Lever "A", and Lever F'in "B"
