It is easier for alignment and less chance of forgetting to tighten so many parts

It has happened where people forgot to tighten inside blocks or not aligned them ,them to put together and have to remove and do all over. just trying to make stuff easier for assembly

No i finaly ordered a kit.
I will probably do one myself too but to start i need to learn more.
This is a BC compagny and if you take all the material needed and R&D etc.. at 900$ for the kit it's not bad.

Also have belt and pulley set up to fit the machines with nema 34. Have the Demon machine coming with Acu-Rite/Heidenhain contoller, nema 34 400w and 750w .

All you need to do is design printer head to mount on Z axis front plate of your machine, Then use that. There is a person making printer head on ViperX , but not heard much back from him on head unit
