Hi

Can anyone help me do a ladder backup on a Yasnac j100m control. The machine has lost all its parameters and has come up with a 3273 alarm and I can’t navigate the control at all. I am guessing I need to reset the control in some way to clear the memory. I have contacted yaskawa who sent me two manuals but none of this information is in there and they say that’s all they have. Any help would be appreciated
