Yet another C10 and KL4030 setup question

Total newbie. Just got a set of 4030s, C10BOB and 36v PSU.
I wired it up to test with 1 stepper, and am not able to jog from mach3.

The motor is locked when power is on, so I'm assuming it's powered up properly. I set up mach3 pins as per the keling webpage, but I get no motion on jog.

Is there any way to hook up a volt meter to test if it's the C10 BOB, the parallel cable, or the mach3 setup?

    Figured it out.

Turns out if I'm running firefox at the same time as mach3, then jog doesn't work. Not sure why. If I quit firefox, then it works again.
