Hi, I got a new CNC 6040 Chinese machine which came with a USB controlling box including a H100 inverter and a RnR motion controller (the red with an white eagle USB board). If I use the CNC controlled only by the controlling box, everything looks fine. All axes moves, spindle is running at different speeds depending on the frequency I'm setting with the knob on the controlling box.
When I connected the controlling box to a laptop running Windows 11 64 bit, I succeeded to do the settings so I can control the X, Y, Z axes but the spindle won't rotate.
Looking to diagnostics page on Mach 3 seems that the machine communicates with the VFD while the LED for Output 2 where the spindle is connected is flashing red when pushing the spindle button in Mach 3. Also the frequency is changing on the VFD screen as I'm raising and lowering the speed in Mach 3. That is giving me the hint that the spindle is communicating with the controlling box / VFD but most probably I'm missing a setting in the VFD to start or stop the spindle rotation when I'm commanding that from Mach 3.
Van you please help me with some troubleshooting here?
Thank you
