    Another 8020 build

Good morning all. I'm preparing to build a CNC based on klick0's design (see below). The table will be 58" X 36". I'm hoping you all will chime in with your thoughts on my choices for electronics and linear guides. Do you see any potential problems? I'm new to this and while I've been reading non stop for days there is so much information to absorb that my head is starting to spin.

I have most of the 8020 ordered and should have it by the end of the week.

I'm waiting on a quote from Drylin on the "W" series rails and bearings, the dual rail "W" series are 3" wide and should fit the 3030 extrusions nicely. http://www.igus.com/show_dw.asp

I have also considered HiWins glides.

The electronics will consist of the Keling 4030 3 axis package. Includes 425 oz steppers and 40V/3.0A Bipolar Driver with heat sink drivers. I think I may need to go with two drives for the X axis, 58" in length.

I'm planning to use Acme 1/2-10 5 start lead screws.

    So what say you?
