buying a spindle for a homemade cnc milling machine

I just recently built a milling machine at school. I have it working with a pen and it works pretty well. I wrote my own software to control it and you can even move the table with a wii nunchuck. I have been trying to get a brushless motor rigid up with a collet to hold a dremel tool, it doesnt work and I just bent the motor shaft and now have to make a new one. I was wonder, do you guys know where i can get small premaid tool to use for cutting aluminum that is pretty easy to mount. I have the ability to cast up brackets and stuff so im not to worried on that part, but for it to really have that cool effect it needs to do aluminum. Any comments, concerns or suggestions are welcome
