I'm looking to buy stepper motors for my diy CNC, and I doesn't really understand all the specification.
So I required a little help from you.

Which one of the two linked here is the best ? why ?

It depends entirely on the application. One might be better for one machine, and the other might be better for a different machine.

If the torque ratings are equal, in most cases, the motor with the lower inductance will usually be the best choice.

Unless you're building a 3D printer, both of those will likely be too small.

Thanks for your response.
It's a very small CNC (60cm*60) and not very heavy, so there is no real difference with a 3d printer
Torque seems to be around 50N.cm for both, for nema 17 type motor, I couln'd find stronger ones.
So, if I follow your advise, I should go for the smaller inductance one ?
