Full Spectrum Laser Not vectoring Properly

OK I started to cut a design and it started out ok but then it would just start cutting in the wrong places. it would be cutting the far right side of design in the middle. I check to make sure everything was still running smooth, it was. I ran a perimeter check and it was fine. I did the 4 corners check it was fine. I ran raster on design and everything was in right spot. Then tried to cut again and same thing happened.what could it be?? When cutting the same design it messes up the same way every time. If I put in a different design that one messes up. Also it is proportionate to the size of the design. If the design is 12 inches across then it cuts about half way up from were it should cut like 6 inches in if the design is 4 inches across it cut about 2 inches in. It like its following a program but its not getting the right signals or something. Its very repeatable , it will mess up the same design the same way every time.

Make sure that you have no AC voltage cables near your USB line to the laser controller. If you have another method to download to the machine, then try that (some machines can take a flash drive directly into the motion card).

Is your laser machine properly grounded? There is a line for earth ground.

Sounds like it might be a memory problem on the motion card. Do you have a photo of your motion card?

Machine was running fine for the past couple of months. Theres nothing near usb cables . I"m not sure what the motion card is. and I don't think theres another way to print to the laser. Like I said it will engrave just fine but the vector cuts are not going to the right areas. It will start to cut fine, then it moves to the wrong area and keeps cutting in the wrong places. It will mess up the same way everytime . Its not random like a belt slipping or motor sticking. Its repeatable and happens no matter what file I load. These files I've tried I have cut many times before so I know its not memory or bad files.

    UPDATE
OK I got another computer, windows XP 32 bit verses the windows 7 64 bit I have been using, I downloaded all new software and it does the same thing. Its still repeatable it will do the same thing on the same design everytime. So this tells us what?
its not in the computer or the software but in the machine,But yet the machine rasters just fine, and the vector repeats the exact same mistakes like the program is messed up. I don't get it.
