Hello,
I have a machine with TNC 430M.
at startup, the machine loads normally. Just before posting the usual message to remove the emergency stop, a message is displayed:
OPERATING PARAMETERS ERASED
and there, the machine stays like that for about 5 seconds then restarts by itself, and this in a loop.
I exchanged the hard drive with a clone but still the same message.
I changed the backup battery, formatted the hard drive then reloaded the setup from the website, still the same message.
If I delete the MP file from the boot menu, at startup I have the same message but the screen goes into edit mode and displays the parameters menu, but as soon as I save, the machine restarts and gives me the same alarm.
Has anyone had the same problem?
any ideas on the origin of the problem and how to solve it?

Maybe the tool changer sensor has problem, you can check with it.

Hello, Thank for the reply.
I try to boot only with keyboard pannel, LCD screen and powersupply and get the same error. So all the I/O, siemens drive disconnected change nothing.
