I honestly can't figure it out. The manual goes through the QCTP set up, but I'm trying to do offsets for the turret, and I'm not sure how to change the tool.
Thank you

When you say "not sure how to change the tool", are you saying you don't know how to cycle through the tools in the ATC?
Setting Tool 1-8 should automatically select the tool in the turret, assuming you checked the "Turret" option on the SETTINGS tab. Look on page 60 of the newest manual:

Hi Tim thanks for your help.
I actually just came back to delete this because I realized that I had accidentally ripped the last page off of the turret manual. The tool lock sensor wasn't calibrated, so when I was trying to switch tools in path pilot nothing was happening.
Yeah, I'm finally going to start working on the offsets now. Can't wait to get this running!
awesome! You want to leave this up so if someone else runs into this problem and does a forum search, they find your solution.
Finally got your lathe! How is Fusion 360 going?

Sure, I can definitely leave it up.
I'm really glad that you guys suggested Fusion 360. I've gone through every tutorial the program had, and it was a lot easier than I ever suspected.
I have a bunch of ring designs ready (and a few for my cnc router) which I'm hoping to try out after Christmas. Orders are coming in again, so the sooner I have this figured out the better. I'm just happy that I won't be shaping any more titanium on my grizzly mini lathe.
I know it solved a big problem for us. Now everything else is a bottleneck and we cannot keep up with what the lathe produces.![]()

That seems like a good problem to have. What do you make?

Designed and built in the USA! Nice Lee, I really like the roller on those guards. Great idea.
Thanks. It was a good choice to include in the current design. Also one of the items that the lathe turns out as a finished product.![]()
