Since we are talking out of the box a little bit here. Why not just unbolt the stock table put it on the shelf and put on a plate ground and with the necessary hold down features of course.

I didnt know how hard it was to unbolt the table

a 800lbs part needs to go on the machine

I was looking for dimensions on the table and how thick it doesnt look to thick

I think i will have to call Haas and see what they say ...

No one wants to jump on this hand grenade.

I would not recommend cutting the table.

Im not worried about the machine being useless after I cut the table

I am The owner and I have been making chips Since 1988

If I need a machine with a table I will buy another ...

My question was On the rigidity of the table after I mill it ..

I make about $600 per hour cutting these parts ..

I just got this machine 8 months ago it has 200 hrs on it
Red is mine. I'm macking chips thank you. (nuts) lol

Have you tryed looking into somthing like this?

Increased Z-Axis clearance, attained by cutting down the table height, adds fixturing flexibility and working space for large parts and fixtures, including 4th- and 5th-axis work. In addition, extra clearance is provided for pallet changer receivers and extra-tall rotary fixtures. Note: This option is NOT field installable.

Maybe it's possible to purchase extended Zaxis rails and an extended ball screw.
