    I cant load nc studio on to computer

    I received my new j cut 25s with three 4.5 spindles and it looks great but the program they gave me doesnt work. I says invalid user path or something like that. I have no information on order of install or trouble shooting. I cant get nc studio to load properly. any info would be greatly appreciated.
