This is why I prefer a 2D CAD/CAM program for 2D router work.

Faster to program, and you know exactly what you're going to get.

Not saying anything bad toward Jon.N.CNC... every so often you run across someone that is totally clueless, using an oddball cnc program, home grown stepper or a Chinese controller that has a ton of strange problems. Jon.N.cnc seems to fit this category. Based on his numerous postings he seems to have no real idea what his problem is. Sorry if this is harsh but his questions are based on vague information. Allot of people are running UCCNC software without the problems Jon.N.cnc is having. As I remember he is using a strange controller card.

    Please list the following:
Type of software used to generate the gcode.
    Type of stepper controller.
PC and version of Windows used.

if you can read, all of those points have been gone through. and problem was solved.

the problem was with inventor hsm pro.. and was solved by smoothing. my build has no Chinese electronics. You remember incorrecly geh.. i use uc300's - uc400's ?? Nothing strange there. infact does uccnc support strange controllers? as far as i was aware it requires cncdrive controllers only so not sure you have any idea what your talking about.

It would be helpful to use proper English sentence composition so everyone can have a reasonable understand what you are asking. Hint... reread before posting usually helps. Glad your problem was fixed until next time....
