    Jagged Part and Pocket Edges

Sorry to ask this, as I'm sure it has been answered here already. Unfortunately, hours of searching have not turned up the answer. I am using a Romaxx WD-1, running Mach3. Using Rhino for CAD, and Meshcam for CAM. I am trying to use the CNC for guitar parts, but I am having problems with some of the parts having scalloped/jagged edges at the top of the part or pocket. I believe the problem is that the z axis doesn't retract enough to clear the part before moving the x or y axis. I assume this can be adjusted in Mach3, but I don't know where. The attached images show the problem.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
