    JGRO Build

I've just got my JGRO build to the point that all 3 axis move and there's a bed to work against.

So, I mounted a piece of paper and a pencil and proceeded to draw stuff from Mach3.

This is my first CNC build and went fairly well despite the constant translations to metric. I wanted to widen the bed as well as lengthen it but I got lost somewhere between the planning and the saw and ended up still cutting it about 600 wide.

Thanks very much for making the design available and so easy to build. I'll post photos when I get time to reduce them to fit in the forum limits.

Interested in seeing your photos. I'm on the same trail. I just got the electronics/motors working, ordered some Acme screws and nuts and bearings. I should be cutting wood this weekend.
