    Laser doesn't start???

    Hello guys,
I bought my laser this week and I am trying to start it on. I did most of the things - software / Laser Cut 5.3/ - ready, MP6515 card - working, some files to engrave - created, downloaded a file to the machine - done. Everything was perfect, but when I started the machine, the laser head started moving, but the laser was not lighting. When I started the laser from Lasercut, it is lighting and burning too. What I am doing wrong? Any help is appreciated

    Hi Tweakie,
I don't think so. I've tried everything. The power is on max now. When I start the file i see that the tube is lighting, but nothing on the laser head. I don't have idea, what could be the problem ...

I found something. I think that something is wrong with the lens. I've tried the laser in the four corners of the machine. These corners which are close to the tube the laser works good, but on the other side of the machine the laser doesn't light at all. Could somebody give an advise what could I do?

First of all set laser path properly by adjusting all mirrors. Do you know how it could be done?
Will be good also check mirrors during adjustment.

I am selling GCC lasers, and adjustment of optical path on Chinese lasers is slightly different from GCC. Look other posts here - it was few Youtube videos here, explaining how to allign optical path.
If you can understand Russian - send me your e-mail to info (@) litografa.lt - I will send you some information on Russian

    adjust the lense
    it's must fix your problem

adjust from lense after the tube first then go to next lens.
the laser must hit the middle of lens.
you must have VCD, how to allign the lens.
it's just turn the crew beside the lens.

I think you mean to adjust the mirrors so the laser is centered on the lens.

It is usually best to align with the longest beam path and then check at the shortest path distance.

dibby,if you bought is a chinese machine,i think they will give you a adjusting crossing.you can insert this on the lens and then input a paper in the crossing, then press the laser to test.first from the nearest place to the distance place, and make sure the burning crossing is at the same center place of paper.Test the lens one by one.
and beside the lens,it will have three screws which is used to adjust the heigth, left and right sides.
    Hope this can help you.
