Question Mach 3 Cycle Start Button Configuration

    Morning everyone,
I a m running a CNC Router Parts CNC Benchtop Pro router with Mach 3. I am trying to configure a push button for the cycle start command. I already tried to do the following and no success:
    1. Assign the port and pin to OEM code 1.
    2. Assign OEM Code to 1000 to Trigger 1
    3. Attach switch to appropriate pin on you breakout board"pin 12 in my case" Port 1
    4......Nothing

Please help. Does anyone else have the Benchtop Pro router hooked up with a cycle start button?
