    Question Madcam simulation problem

I can't see my own 3D stock model in the simulation, it is showing as a rectangular prism stock.
So, How can i see my own 3d stock in the simulation. like a attached Madcam video.

    Re: Madcam simulation problem

I think it's all about the graphics card. I'm using the latest nvidia quadro driver. Unfortunately, I can't roll back to the driver version.

I may be wrong, but my guess is that if your graphics card doesn't fully support it:
-You can see the part's color as black in the simulation..
-You can't see the stock model you created.
    -You can't see the machine.

    Re: Madcam simulation problem

If you cannot see your custom 3D stock model in the madCAM simulation and only the default cuboid stock is displayed, it may be because the system is still using the default block stock. You need to select your 3D mesh model in Rhino and set it as the stock model through the "Set Stock Model from Mesh" function of madCAM. Then, enable the "Use Mesh Stock" option in the simulation options and make sure the mesh is not hidden or placed in a closed layer. After completing these settings, rerun the simulation to see the machining process based on your real model. If the problem still exists, try restarting Rhino or checking the simulation resolution.

    Thanks for information.
There are no "Set Stock Model from Mesh" and "Use Mesh Stock" options. There is only "use stock model" but even if I select it, it always shows rectangular stock. Maybe it was available in old versions of madcam. Or it may have been restricted in the trial version. In short, I cannot introduce my own stock.
