Before I physically rewire my machine I drew it all out to get it in my head first. I would appreciate someone taking a look at the layout and connections to verify I have got it right.
A little FYI:
The power supply is made up of 3x Compaq server power supplies, originally 12V @ 32A. I have them configured in series to produce a variety of voltages. One "downside" of the supplies is that when they are turned off at the wall, they do not switch off immediately, the power output decays to 0 slowly. This is the reason I have 2 relays in the E-stop circuit to immediately kill the power to the BOB & drives.
The home & limit switches are SS41a hall effect switches as detailed in Romanlinis thread.
Stepper drivers are SLAmsteppers and the BOB is from the same source.
A yay or nay on anything in the diagram would be appreciated.
