can anyone help with this i have a powermax 85 with fault code 0-52 that is torch not connected when i start up the machine, try with the solutions given from the operator manual and still cannot cancel off the error.
Could any one please help me with this issue?

The power supply senses when the torch is plugged in properly......so I am assuming you have either the correct hand torch or the correct machine torch plugged into the Powermax85 and when you power it up you are seeing this message? The code you mention "0-85" does not even exist on my list....the torch disconnected error code is 0-52. If so.....unplug the torch and inspect the pins and sockets on the torch quick disconnect and the power supply receptacle to ensure they are not bent, damaged, dirty, etc. It is always best to contact Hyperther technical Service directly when issues like this occur....they are very well trained...they are free, and they are very helpful! Thanks for you help Mr jim, after checking the sockets from the power supply receptacle was dirty so after cleaning the machine is running fine.
