Hello everyone
We have okuma MA-60HB and for three days we have problem with safety speed monitor.

Alarm shows just after osp is booted. We have two MSM modules that I think are responsible for monitoring the speed.
The second one (responsible for ATC and APC) LCD shows blinking oP / e2
I think the e2 describe some kind of error but we don't know what.
I also change module for another one and still it’s the same.

Maybe someone have papers for MSM module? Any idea what is causing the alarm.

Strange thing is that when we turn on machine with emergency stop its working fine. But if we turn it on normal there is an alarm from the beginning.
After we start with emergency stop button machine works normal.
I tried to find what axis is causing an alarm. I am not sure but it's probably APC motor no 2 which is operating normal.

Please help! :]

Okuma MA-50HB

We are facing the same kind of problem, in the past we have replaced the MSM module and after that the machine was working exeptionaly good.
Unfortunaly the alarm "3705 Alarm C ATC system condition 204" and "2181-14 Alarm B MCS DIFF over TSaxis 2676C" showed up. I have checked and replaced most of the sensors that are connected to the ATC and back side of the spindle (Outer cillinder, Inner cilinder sensors)

I read somewhere that maybe in the MSM card there might be a problem with the safety relais NAIS AG1049, SF4-DC.
Does anyone know where to look to solve this problem? We can't even run the machine for a day without some alarm showing up...
