Setting tool path direction - V23

How do I set the toolpath direction in the 2D profile milling module so I can climb cut? Each time I select "Left offset" or "Comp left", it sets the toolpath to the wrong side of the profile. If I select "right offset" or "Comp right" the toolpath is on the correct side, but it verifies as conventional milling.

On the "Other" Menu item select contour and then set the direction of the contour. The profile will follow it.
