So rather than bother Hoss in his own thread (which I've already done - sorry Hoss), I figured I would make my own thread about this.

I am in the middle of replacing my spindle bearings, and I purchased the 7007B and 7005B listed on Hoss's website.

The issue I am running into is that I don't know which way these bearings are to be installed so that I don't rip them apart during installation.

Here's a picture of the bearings for reference...

I'm not sure which way is up and which way is down. The larger bearing is obviously the lower spindle bearing, but I just can't figure out which direction these are supposed to be installed.

Does anyone know?

I answered in my thread too.
You'll notice the outer race on one side of the bearing is thicker than the other side.
They install so they face each other when installed.
The thicker side faces up on the lower bearing and the thicker side faces down on the upper bearing.
