My desktop cnc with home made spindle

Just finishing up odds and ends and then it's time to build the drivers.
I plan on using TB 6560 IC's, I purchased the three access CNC board from China as most of us did and was not happy with any of the results. A ton of motor noise and plenty of skipped steps. I have five ICs on Hand and hope I can build at least three working drivers. Logic and motor power will be controlled with manual toggle switches in order to try and meet the data sheet information. Any help with the ICs would be greatly appreciated.
Pictures to come cant upload from my phone

This was what happened, I found a bunch of stuff on the disc along with a copy of Mach3 v2.64, I then installed it and at the end it said lic file found and transferred I have no idea yet if its limited. Is there some way for me to check?
My friend just confirmed that it was the same for him, he is just waiting on his TB6560 driver chips. I'm way ahead of him now and he's pissed lol

I can't for the life of me get pictures in my post but all is well
The bed and all is ready, just working on the electronics. U have built and tested a prototype TB6560 driver and happy with the results so for. I turn on the logic power first count to 30 and then energize the motor voltage. No hiss or motor sound and smooth operation what I need now is a single sided BOB I can build that has full isolation.

It is a ER11 colet with 8mm shaft, I removed the shaft from the outrunner and installed the ER11. It takes some minor mods like grooving the colet for the retainer clips but seems to work well

could you elaborate on the conversion procedures for fitting the ER-11 shaft into the outrunner motor? I'm not yet familiar with the outrunners but you have made good use of it as a spindle.

    Thanks!

I got it off eBay http://shop.mobileweb.ebay.com/searc...T+SHANK+COLLET
Just make sure your outrunner has an 8mm shaft and you should be good to go
P.S it does not come with the colet inserts so you will have to get a set of them also http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...id=09306036266

Crappy 3axis tb6560 driver board blew up. Working on swapping in my backup 4axis and hoping it doesn't end up the same way...

My best advise is don't go past 24 vdc for the supply voltage and lots of air flow close to the regulators on the board, also power the fan that's on the heat sink by another source it will help with the skipped steps issue and set your TQ to 75%
I built my own driver boards and don't push them past 2.5 amps because that is their continues rating, 3.5 amps is peak and with 100% TQ settings your bound to blow more chips
I will gladly give you my pcb layout I found if you end up needing to salvage some of what your left with
