Both of these tables are beautiful! Being from Oklahoma and being a Sooner fan I am partial to the red and white one.. Keep the pics coming. Thanks for posting.

As far as getting water on your rails, what keeps them from rusting?

glad you asked. The rails are protected by a sheet metal cover so they don't get wet or full of dust. my original table has the same design and it works well. Here is a pic.

Amazing machine. Just amazing. Exactly what i want, except i was thinking of building mine out of 80/20 aluminum. I have a Miller syncrowave 200 Tig welder but i would need some better training to pull off welds like you. Your not in WA state by chance are ya?

    Awesome Job...

    Dnelso,

Your tables turned out great.. Superb craftsmanship on all 3 tables.. What was the cost to powder coat 1 table. I was thinking about having mine PC a different color... Thanks..

looks great. how much force? I feel like that would be a lot of force for thinner sheet metal.

The force is adjustable with the regulator. i had it turned up high for the vid. I put a return spring inside the air cylinder to make it retract. it will prob run at about 40- 50 psi when its done. going to finish the clamp to hold the air scribe tom and then i can try it
