Hi Dave, your tables are looking very good. I have no reference for sizes of E-Chain, would you mind telling me the size of what you use? thanks....jb
This is a gorgeous machine!!
Thanks for the kind words.

got table 1 wired and limit switches done. Table 2 is back from powder coat. Its red for sure.
Both of these tables are beautiful! Being from Oklahoma and being a Sooner fan I am partial to the red and white one.. Keep the pics coming. Thanks for posting.

glad you asked. The rails are protected by a sheet metal cover so they don't get wet or full of dust. my original table has the same design and it works well. Here is a pic.

couple of more pics of rail covers. Started work on air filter for computer and air regulators for the air scribe and water tank.

Amazing machine. Just amazing. Exactly what i want, except i was thinking of building mine out of 80/20 aluminum. I have a Miller syncrowave 200 Tig welder but i would need some better training to pull off welds like you. Your not in WA state by chance are ya
80/20 is a good way to go for just plasma. Its easy to assemble and is lightweight. Sorry not in Wa state North Carolina here

Dnelso,
Your tables turned out great.. Superb craftsmanship on all 3 tables.. What was the cost to powder coat 1 table. I was thinking about having mine PC a different color... Thanks..
the cost for 1 table was 470.00
Started work on the air scribe. Got the air cylinder and linear slide from automation overstock. Just have to finish top clamp.
here is a quick vid of air scribe

The force is adjustable with the regulator. i had it turned up high for the vid. I put a return spring inside the air cylinder to make it retract. it will prob run at about 40- 50 psi when its done. going to finish the clamp to hold the air scribe tom and then i can try it
