Good Evening,

Our machine has been running fine and just today the tool changer has starting doing something weird on every tool change attempt. When in MDI or Auto run mode the carousel comes out, z axis comes down to put tool 1 away, z axis goes back up in the home position, carousel rotates to tool 2 and stops with no alarms. In the diagnoisis page it says T10 Fin Wait. If I am in MDI and switch to auto and back to mdi and hit cycle start the head comes down to finish change but the clamping time is off and doesnt pick tool. Please Help! Control is a Mits Meldas 50. Trying calling Yang all day and got the run around.

if it was running fine, i suspect there is a loose connection to control board .
check wire distribution box near atc, pull the wires and put back on, one by one
do the same to wires connecting to IO board

I had similar problem, it it solved that way
